AIM OF THE GAME: Be the best rapper and the first to earn $1000. (But just remember, as P. Ditty says, “more money = more problems,“ so be careful.)
EQUIPMENT: Boom box, 40 Rap cards, 40 Star cards, Dice, Rap dollars
How to Play:
One of the players must be selected as a Rap manager and will be in charge of paying each player $100 if they successfully complete a rap. Players take turns to pick up a Rap card and a Star card from the top of the deck.
Roll the dice to decide which track the rap will be performed to. Players are allowed to listen to the beat before they perform their rap. Each player carries out their performance to the boom box. The player must complete their rap within 20 seconds before the music runs out.
Once the player has carried out a rap, it is the fellow players and audience who decide if they rapped successfully. A successful rap will then earn a player $100 and if the action on the Star card is successfully completed they will earn the bonus money stated on the card. If the rap is not successful no bonus money is paid.
The first player to earn $1000 is the winner of Rap Battles. Represent!
